Subscription FAQ's

How much coffee do I need?

☕︎ 1-2 per week 250g monthly
☕︎ 3-5 per week 500g monthly
☕︎ 1-2 per day 500g-1kg monthly
☕︎ 2-3 per day 1kg monthly
☕︎ 4+ per day 2kg+ monthly

When does the subscription start?

We'll send the first order on the first business day after you place your order.

Can I add products to my subscription?

Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.

Can I change the delivery timing/schedule on my subscription?

Yes. You can adjust the delivery timing of your products in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the "Subscription" card and change the "Repeats Every" timing portion to suit your needs.

What happens if the payment can't be processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method

How do I change or pause my subscription?

Through our customer subscription portal, you can pause or cancel your subscription, change the frequency, or change the type of coffee you purchase.
